Senior Landscape Designer

Job Opportunity

Yardscapes, Inc. (51 Years) is an innovative landscape design/build company seeking to hire an experienced landscape architect or landscape designer (4+ years of experience) to join the Yardscapes design team. Select candidates will design projects for high-end residential properties.

Designs include:

• Driveways.
• Front Entries.
• Patios and Entertaining Areas.
• Outdoor Kitchens.
• Pools/Spa.
• Plantings and Perennial Gardens.
• Decks and Pergolas.
• Lighting.

At Yardscapes, designers are involved in every step of the project; scheduling client meetings, designing and discussing the designs with the client, site visits to manage and implement the plan, and follow-up with clients. Designer and client involvement throughout the project is a very important part of the Yardscapes process.

Tools and programs used:

• Hand Drafting + Coloring.
• AutoCAD.
• Plan Swift (Take-Offs and Estimates)

Compensation includes:

• Base Salary.
• Commission on Sales and Project Completion.
• Benefit Packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Sales: 4 years (Preferred).
