Paralegal
Metropolitan Companies is currently seeking a full time Paralegal to join our legal team. Metropolitan has an active practice in commercial and residential real estate, zoning and entitlements, corporate governance, and construction. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of real estate, corporate entity formation, previous work experience in real estate transactions, land development and/or construction is a plus. The position requires direct interaction with governing agencies, local municipal officials and other professionals and as such, candidates must be highly organized, have excellent written and verbal communication, motivated self-starters who can prioritize and balance competing demands, possess good computer skills, and be willing to work together with various departments.
