Paralegal (General Liability)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Paralegal with 2+ years of General Liability and/or Workers’ Compensation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation.
- Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and case summaries.
- Coordinate depositions, IMEs, mediations, and other litigation events.
- Organize and maintain medical records, discovery, and case documents.
- Assist with trial preparation and electronic filing.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of litigation/paralegal experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
