This role, which allows for a flexible hybrid schedule of in-office and remote work, necessitates a profound grasp of general liability and insurance defense law, top-notch litigation skills, and an undying dedication to the firm's ethos and clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Navigate a varied caseload of general liability matters.
Act as a beacon of representation for clients in court, mediations, and settlement dialogues.
Offer astute legal analysis and counsel to clients on potential risks and exposure mitigation strategies.
Immerse in legal research, craft pleadings, and orchestrate discovery.
Forge synergies with support staff and fellow attorneys, aiming for client-centered outcomes.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from a reputable law school.
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
A solid background of at least 5 years in insurance defense and general liability.
Razor-sharp research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent oral and written communication capabilities.
