Insurance Defense/General Liability Attorney

Job Details: Insurance Defense / General Liability Attorney
Cherry Hill, NJ | Full-time | Hybrid with significant remote flexibility
We are seeking a New Jersey–licensed attorney with at least one year of general liability defense experience. The attorney will manage a caseload involving motor vehicle liability, premises liability, product liability, and personal injury defense.
In this role, you will develop case strategy, conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, represent clients in negotiations and proceedings, and keep clients informed throughout their matters. You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with other attorneys and staff.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Bar license
- At least one year of general liability defense experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, research, and case management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
