Sales Recruiter (High-Performance Recruiting Team)

If so, we want to talk to you. At Home Genius Exteriors, we're looking for an elite Sales Recruiter who can identify, attract, and close high-performing sales professionals and sales leaders.
What You'll Do
- Self-source top-tier sales talent through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
- Recruit and close one-call-close sales representatives
- Recruit and close one-call-close sales leaders and managers
- Build relationships with passive candidates
- Create and execute recruiting strategies to support aggressive company growth
- Partner with leadership to identify top talent before competitors do

Compensation
- $70,000 Base Salary
