Requirements:

• Must have completed accredited Surgical Technology program or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a Surgical Tech - Required
• Or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech - Preferred
• National Certification - Highly Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
• If Certified, Surgical Technologist must have current certification. - Required
• Currently Oklahoma LPN license, if applicable. - Required
