We are looking for a confident, organised MarketingExecutive who is ready to get hands-on across a varied and fast-movingrole. This position is ideal for a capable all-round marketer who enjoysbringing campaigns to life, supporting internal stakeholders, coordinating anddeveloping creative work, and contributing to brand activity across thebusiness. About theRole As Marketing Executive, you will help deliver campaignsthat capture attention, support creative storytelling through strongcopywriting, and create and maintain collateral that keeps the resort lookingpolished, premium and on brand. You will also support a varied mix of projects,from major New Zealand events and PR opportunities to selected digital, websiteand content activity that helps showcase the resort in front of guests and behindthe scenes. KeyResponsibilities Support the planning anddelivery of marketing campaigns across the resort Coordinate collateral,signage, print materials, brochures, menus, direct mail and other guest-facingcommunications Help manage internalmarketing services across the business, supporting clear briefs, priorities andday-to-day delivery Contribute to contentcreation, scheduling and minor updates across social media, digital and websiteplatforms as needed Support public relationsopportunities, media activity, hosted visits and local or industry partnerships Prepare clear creativebriefs and work with designers, agencies, printers, photographers and suppliers Create strong copy,campaign ideas and storytelling angles that reflect the Millbrook brand Create, review and analysereports, using campaign insights to provide recommendations that improve futureactivity Keep marketingprojects moving by managing timelines, approvals, stakeholder communication andday-to-day coordination About You You will be a proactive and capable marketerwith strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidenceto manage multiple priorities. You will enjoy working with people, buildingrelationships and turning business needs into clear, on-brand marketing activity. We are looking for: At least three years’ experiencein marketing, communications, public relations, campaign coordination ora similar role Strong written communicationskills and the ability to create clear, polished copy Excellent organisationand time management, with the ability to balance deadlines and competingrequests Experience coordinatingcampaigns, collateral, suppliers, creative briefs or print production Experience creatinghands-on social media content for business is highly desirable, along withconfidence using and understanding key social media and digital platforms A confident communicatorwho can build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Commercial awarenessand an interest in how marketing supports enquiry, revenue, acquisition and guestexperience Experience in hospitality,tourism, luxury, lifestyle or property would be advantageous This is an opportunity to be part of acollaborative marketing team working across a varied and highly regarded luxuryresort brand.
