• Pay: $40-55/hr

• Hiring bonus: $10,000 for 1 year or $20,000 for 2 years (ask us about payout terms)

• Schedule: Full-time; flexible hours

• Montana's first long-term ventilator and tracheostomy unit, opened November 2025

What you'll do

• Provide resident care in a clean, safe environment

• Build the nursing care plan with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants

• Make nursing diagnoses and work with residents and the care team

• Record medication administration

• Monitor and direct assigned staff

• Follow procedures for nursing equipment

What you bring

• Active RN license in Montana or a compact state

• Prior RN experience preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours
