Job Title: Parts Counter Associate

Location: East Syracuse, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $25–$28 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our team in East Syracuse, NY. This individual will be responsible for supporting daily operations at the parts counter and warehouse, managing inventory, handling shipping/receiving tasks, and assisting customers both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform shipping and receiving duties accurately and efficiently.

● Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory in the warehouse.

● Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes.

● Use computer systems for order entry, inventory tracking, and parts lookup.

● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders.

● Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers at the parts counter and over the phone.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

● Computer literacy (familiarity with inventory software is a plus).

● Strong organizational and communication skills.

● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

● High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Background in parts or inventory management.

● Experience in automotive, industrial, or mechanical parts supply environments.
