Strategic Clinical Research Program Manager/Clinical Scientist - PH - Rice Creek, MN (Onsite)

Medtronic seeks a Strategic Clinical Program Manager/Clinical Scientist for its Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health business in Minneapolis. This role develops and executes integrated clinical evidence strategies that support therapy development, commercialization, and market adoption across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and therapy strategies into clinical evidence generation plans and roadmaps
• Identify and apply real-world datasets, AI/ML tools, and digital health approaches to enhance clinical strategy
• Support cross-functional core teams with clinical strategy expertise from concept through post-market activities
• Monitor program progress, resolve risks, and adapt plans based on study insights and market feedback
• Engage key opinion leaders and Medical Affairs teams to validate strategy and drive scientific dissemination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years clinical research, clinical strategy, or program management experience; or advanced degree with 3+ years
• 3+ years leading programs, workstreams, or cross-functional teams
• Healthcare, medical device, or regulated clinical research environment experience
• Experience developing or executing clinical evidence generation strategies
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to achieve business and clinical objectives
• Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Engineering, Public Health preferred
• Knowledge of neuromodulation, pelvic health, pain management, or neuroscience preferred
