Role: Pharma Data Architect

Location: Remote/US

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Highly experienced Data Architect with a minimum of 8-12 years in data and analytics in Commercial Pharma domain
Technology expertise in AWS, IICS, Snowflake, SQL Server, Shell scripting, Python, AutoSys and DevOps
Responsibilities include designing robust data architectures, optimizing data management processes, and driving innovation in analytics.
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders, define technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, and ensure scalability and security in data-related initiatives.
Expertise in leading-edge technologies and a proven track record in strategic planning are essential for success in this role
Mentorship and Team Leadership: Providing mentorship and leadership to data teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in data practices.
Complex Problem Solving: Applying extensive experience to solve high-level data architecture challenges, offering innovative solutions and strategies.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with senior management and
stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data strategies and their business implications.Performance Optimization: Leading efforts to optimize the performance of Snowflake and IICS deployments, ensuring they meet the advanced data needs of the organization.
Knowledge Sharing and Thought Leadership: Serving as a thought leader in the field, sharing insights and best practices both internally and in the wider professional community.
Advanced Technical Documentation: Producing detailed, clear technical documentation and architectural diagrams that reflect complex data architectures and processes.
