• Work a Monday to Friday schedule in a clinic/OR setting from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
• Manage a patient load of 10 to 15 individuals per shift.
• Participate in a weekly OR day, along with weeknight and weekend on-call duties.
• Demonstrate experience in facial trauma, particularly in mandible fracture repairs.
• Conduct general head and neck procedures; complex cases are not mandatory.
• Engage in an adult ENT practice that provides both surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
• Fulfill ongoing coverage requirements throughout the year.
• Commit to a minimum of one week per month.
