• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage from 7 AM to 7 AM
• Manage a patient load of 10 to 20 individuals per shift
• Oversee the care of dialysis patients
• Demonstrate proficiency in hemodialysis
• Possess experience with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
• Have knowledge of peritoneal dialysis
• Respond to calls within a 20-minute timeframe
• Conduct phone consultations as needed
