Senior Litigation Paralegal

LHH is partnering with a respected boutique litigation firm in South Florida to identify an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal currently working at an Am Law or large regional firm who is seeking sophisticated litigation work in a more collaborative, boutique firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Manage cases from inception through trial, arbitration, and appeal.
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial exhibits.
• Coordinate large-scale document production, review, and case management.
• Prepare deposition materials, witness files, exhibit lists, and trial binders.
• Assist with legal research, document analysis, and factual investigations.
• Manage court filings in both state and federal courts.
• Maintain case calendars and monitor critical deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or business litigation paralegal experience.
• Prior experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters is required.
• Experience working in an Am Law 200, large regional, or sophisticated litigation practice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment and manage multiple high-profile matters.
