Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop effective treatment and crisis intervention plans tailored to clients’ needs, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Document clinical findings and treatment plans meticulously while adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to inform treatment and intervention strategies.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavioral support plans, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, facilitating referrals and access to additional support services as needed.

• Establish and maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders to promote the mission of Neuro Health Care Clinic and enhance community engagement.

• Foster relationships with local and state organizations to identify and secure new partnerships, alliances, and funding opportunities to expand program reach and effectiveness.

• Pursue opportunities for personal growth and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions relevant to mental health practice.

• Promote and embody the agency’s values and principles in all aspects of work and interactions with clients and staff.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational needs.

Qualifications\n
