Additional Responsibilities and Duties Sell Life Insurance and Property/Casualty Insurance products Seek out leads and new clients Discuss financial concerns and needs of individuals Service new and existing clients Develop your professional skills and knowledge Requirements of Insurance Agent 4‑Year college degree or equivalent Sales experience Ability to pass background and credit check Company Overview Mississippi Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company.
