Glazing / Flat Glass Technician We specialize in all things glass. If you want a career focused on training, growth, and customer service excellence, we want you on our team. Position Overview Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, $18.00 and up per hour based on experience. The role is also known as Flat Glass Installer, Flat Glass Technician, Glazer, Glazing Technician, Shower Technician. Valid driver’s license required for residential and commercial installers. Responsibilities Ensure safety remains a top priority. Cut flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns (1–3 years experience required). Accurately read tape measures and levels. Measure and install Insulated Glass Units (IGU’s) (1–3 years experience required). Measure and install heavy glass showers (1–3 years experience required). Install and repair storefront glass (some experience). Qualifications Prior experience in the Flat Glass industry (1–3 years). Physical ability to lift heavy objects. Proficiency in reading tape measures. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Professional appearance and personality.
