General Accountabilities

  • Uses various computer applications, such as database management software, Office 365, Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Manages scheduling of all client activities for residential and commercial accounts.
  • Utilizes & monitors company phone/email system to communicate with customers and clients.
  • Builds services and ensures Client/Customer pages possess current information.
  • Sharing and inputting Client/Customer information across all platforms (phones, email).
  • Available for technicians during service times to manage service modifications or mitigate conflicts.
  • Organizes services and service routes for optimum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Reconciliation of client accounts to cash sales on an as needed basis.
  • Various invoicing and organization of in office documents.
  • Performs other tasks related to service functions at the direction of the supervisor.
