Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 4 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 3 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:

Float requirement: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

Shift & schedule requirements: Weekend Coverage: Expectation attempt for every other weekend rotation. However, may adjust based on business need. Scheduling Type: Mixture of self-request and business need.

Floating requirements: Required to float to any Med/Surg/Tele department to take patients. Required to task in all other departments. Must be able to float to other departments such as ED, ICU, OB to task only.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required
