Customer Acquisition Sales Representative

Are you confident starting conversations, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs? We’re looking for a motivated Customer Acquisition Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

In this role, you’ll focus on connecting with prospective customers in person in your assigned territory using warm leads, identifying their needs, presenting relevant products and services, and guiding them through the sales and account activation process. You’ll receive ongoing support while developing valuable experience in customer acquisition, consultative selling, and relationship building.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective customers through in-person sales interactions
• Build rapport and learn about each customer’s needs, preferences, and priorities
• Present products, services, and available options in a clear and personalized way
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through account setup and activation
• Answer questions and provide accurate product and service information
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account details
• Follow up with customers when appropriate to support a positive experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, promotions, and industry trends
• Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first approach
