Role Overview Ream Dream Paper Company is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Paper Quality Assurance Specialist. This unique role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys ensuring that every sheet of paper meets the highest standards, even when those standards might seem a bit...over the top. Key Responsibilities Inspect paper sheets for imperfections, ensuring each one is flawless. Conduct "crinkle tests" to verify the sound quality of our paper. Measure and record paper dimensions to confirm they meet precise specifications. Perform daily checks to ensure paper color consistency. Maintain detailed records of quality assurance tests and findings. Collaborate with the production team to address any identified issues, no matter how minor. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Paper Science, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for perfection. Strong observational and analytical skills.
