VP Growth Marketing - AI-Driven PLG & Demand

Pendo is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to drive the full growth engine from awareness to qualified pipeline in the United States. You will own demand generation, website performance, analytics, experimentation, lifecycle programs, and product-led growth, partnering with Sales, Product, and executive leadership. You will align GTM priorities, build cross-functional teams, and drive measurable pipeline growth while shaping a data-driven, AI-enabled marketing organization.
