Job Summary: This is a professional position responsible for the continuous improvement of plant processes, control systems and equipment upgrades/replacement. Ensures that the facility is capable of manufacturing and finishing our products in the most efficient manner with minimal downtime.



Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyze plant processes, control systems, and implement improvements.
• Integration of new equipment for efficient and SAFE operation.
• Assist maintenance troubleshooting issues with hardware and processes when requested.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to expand and maintain the SCADA system.
• Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions on existing equipment to improve uptime.
• Maintain quality and ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Work with outside contractors on CapEx projects as needed to meet budget and timelines.
• Monitor and analyze control systems to improve reliability and reduce cycle times.
• Other reporting and duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems.

• Able to work in a changing environment; must be able to promote suggestions to assist in the creation of an efficient workflow.

• Technical proficiency in Rockwell software applications.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Accountability for performance.

• Technical capacity to manage data and utilize information technology.

• Written and oral communication proficiency.

• Must follow the environmental program and all safety rules.

Education and Experience:
• Associate degree in Mechatronics or electrical engineering required
• 2+ years related experience preferred


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

• Reading, PA 19601 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Reading, PA 19601: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
