Job Summary

Drive sales by relationship-building, communicating with existing & potential customers, and following up on leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Leads verification and validation
• Create, Input, and process orders
• Coordinate order entry and deliveries with various team members
• On-going customer service and support
• Will assist the Inside Sales department with research, key reports, metrics, clerical functions, and the Marketing Department on current promotions or initiatives
• Support and coordinate sales
• Provide backup coverage for Inside Sales Representative(s) as needed
• Daily Inbound/Outbound calls
• Provide backup coverage for Inside Sales Representative(s) as needed
• This position has a direct path to Inside Sales roles

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related customer service experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
