Work Environment

You will be working onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center equipped with advanced therapy tools and equipment. Our facility fosters a collaborative atmosphere where Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists work together to enhance patient outcomes. The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional adjustments to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze the individual needs of patients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities that target physical wellness and pain management.
• Educate patients on safe body mechanics and effective exercise techniques to promote self-management and a smooth recovery at home.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation and cold/heat therapies, following best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized and readily accessible for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide continuous emotional support and encouragement, creating an uplifting environment that motivates patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain exemplary professional standards, respecting patient confidentiality and rights at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic is quite diverse, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals seeking to regain their mobility after surgery or due to chronic conditions. This role will require you to be adaptable and culturally competent, able to communicate effectively and sensitively with each patient's unique background and needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient care and education.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
