Experienced Tax Preparer

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Analyze clients' financial information to identify tax deductions and credits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of tax preparation experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA certification is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
