Service Technician

I am seeking a Service Technician for my client's team to provide on-site support to customers in maintaining our products and systems. This field-based position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers while developing technical expertise in industrial equipment and solutions. What You'll Do Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for products and systems Assist with customer meetings and provide solutions Gather and maintain daily operational reports and documentation Conduct field trials for new and existing business initiatives Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures Manage inventory with accuracy and precision Coordinate product deliveries and assist with project work at customer sites Package products using appropriate materials and methods Identify and report equipment issues to management Participate in safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment You're a great fit if you have High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree or certificate in a technical field preferred 2+ years of industrial and/or maintenance experience preferred Basic mechanical skills with ability to learn complex systems Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel Ability to gather, organize, and report data effectively Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Competency with basic hand tools Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Capable of repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing Able to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods Comfortable working on ladders and at heights #J-18808-Ljbffr Ferretti Search
