Maintenance ManagerThe Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Manager to work at our Levy Big River location in Osceola, AR. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance program for mobile equipment, plants, and facilities.BenefitsCompetitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term DisabilityTuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programsStudent Loan Repayment ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Manager:Supports safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement, regulatory compliance and related trainingDevelops, trains and facilitates a team of equipment and plant maintenance personnelCoordinates teams to identify process improvements and to develop and document maintenance proceduresEnsures compliance with the preventive maintenance programCultivates relationships with steel mill personnel, vendors and other management personnelDevelops maintenance systems and processesDevelops and monitors the Maintenance Department's budget and business planResponsible for developing, assessing and meeting KPIsRuns KPI reports, analyzes data and utilizes information for better decision-makingActs as project manager for significant repair, rebuild or installation activitiesEvaluates feasibility of capital expendituresAudits processes and inspects work as necessaryProvides reporting and recordkeeping as requiredPerforms other duties and projects as assigned by managerSkillsThe ideal candidate will have:Some college or degree preferredMinimum of ten years of maintenance experience in industrial or construction environmentKnowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and ability to implement related programs and controlsAbility to train, support and coordinate maintenance personnelAbility to understand and use financial data for decision makingManagement experienceComputer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office productsValid driver's licensePlease submit your resume.
