Remote Clinical Pharmacist MTM & Drug Utilization Lead

CalOptima is seeking an (As-Needed) Clinical Pharmacist to participate in medication management and clinical quality improvement initiatives. This full telework position involves developing drug utilization criteria and collaborating with healthcare providers. Minimum qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and current California pharmacist license. The applicant should have knowledge in clinical pharmacology and excellent communication skills.
