Less than 10 people. Complex clients. A Partner you’ll get daily exposure to.

He goes out and wins the business.

You’ll be managing the book of business, direct exposure to clients.

A generalist position, broad industry focus on the full gamut of returns.

You’ll most likely have your CPA. If you have CCH experience, that would certainly help. But it’s not essential.
