Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a part-time phlebotomist in Novi, Michigan to perform blood collections and specimen processing. The role involves venipuncture, capillary techniques, patient data entry, and customer service across alternating weekly schedules.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and similar analyses
- Enter patient information and process billing accurately and timely
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain patient information logs
- Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program preferred
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation with clean driving record
