Experienced Service Technician

Experienced Technicians Wanted

Acura of Avon, a member of the Lorensen Auto Group, is in search of experienced technicians to join our growing team. We strongly believe in developing our team members by providing training, modern equipment, guaranteed earnings, and schedules to meet today's lifestyles.

Service technician responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Stay up to date on all available factory training
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Fix it right the first time
• Communicate directly with the Service Manager, in reference to recommended repairs
• Maintain skill levels
• Must have a strong sense of urgency
• Would prefer Honda or Acura experience but all will be considered.

Service technician requirements:

• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
• Have your own tools
• Automotive background
• Positive attitude
