Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager who enjoys leading complex engineering projects and bringing innovative automation systems to life? We're seeking a Project Manager to lead custom automation projects from customer order through final acceptance. This role offers the opportunity to work with talented engineering and manufacturing teams while managing high-impact projects supporting the medical device industry. You'll have ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, risk management, customer communication, and cross-functional execution. What You'll Do: Lead automation and engineering projects from kickoff through customer acceptance Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer teams Serve as a key customer contact for project execution and communication Drive successful delivery through strong planning, organization, and problem-solving What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience managing engineering, manufacturing, automation, or capital equipment projects Experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams Experience with manufacturing processes, technical projects, and project management tools Preferred: PMP certification, automation/electromechanical experience, medical device or life sciences manufacturing experience.
