The Difference You Make As a Teller, you engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions. You provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, minimize risk, defend against fraud, refer product solutions, and escalate complex issues for timely resolution. What You Bring High school diploma, GED: or equivalent work experience - Required. 6+ Months Cash Handling experience - Required. 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience - Required. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures. Effective listening and communication skills. Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement. Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail. Computer proficiency and basic math skills. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
