Construction Project Manager

Project Manager Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (Base) Industry: Light Commercial Construction (Clubhouses, retail, restaurants, theme parks) Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to support leadership across all phases of construction projects—from pre-construction through close-out. This role partners closely with executive leadership to improve project execution, implement technology solutions, and drive efficiency in communication, documentation, and workflow management. Key Responsibilities Estimate projects and prepare proposals/presentations for clients Collaborate with field leadership to resolve design and construction challenges Develop and maintain project schedules Analyze plans and specifications to ensure accurate interpretation and execution Identify and resolve design conflicts proactively Communicate critical project details to field teams Perform quality control inspections using established standards and tools Support improvements in project organization, communication, and document management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of construction experience Minimum 5+ years in construction At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role #J-18808-Ljbffr Crawford Thomas Recruiting
