Salary Range: $41,000 - $61,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, parts, and products against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and generating shipping documentation for various carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through precise data entry and regular cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move and store materials.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving areas for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in incoming or outgoing shipments.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing shipping/receiving role
• Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
• Forklift certification (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck).
• Proficient in using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs documentation.
