Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

* Monitor and respond to high-priority production issues — including NPI delays, lookahead issues, DPML concerns, and output risks — taking swift corrective action and escalating to management with the appropriate urgency to ensure timely resolution.* Partner daily with cross-functional teams — including Product Operations, CAPA, and Fab Engineering & Support teams— to resolve WIP flow issues, support capacity planning discussions, and align on tool PM/BM strategies.* Leverage manufacturing automation systems and digital tools to monitor WIP flow, identify line issues in real time and drive data-informed decision making to maintain shift performance and operational efficiency* Lead and develop a team of 10–15 manufacturing personnel, including performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning aligned with Fab goals and operational excellence standards.* Actively foster an inclusive, accountable team environment by identifying development opportunities, recognizing performance, and empowering personnel to grow within their roles and advance within the organization.* Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization — from front-line manufacturing personnel to senior leadership — ensuring alignment and timely information flow across shifts* Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or related technical field is required* 2-year minimum experience with demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or project management* Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred* 5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers as well as during upper management presentations* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Life insurance and 401(k) matching with immediate vesting* Onsite café(s) and workout facilities* Paid maternity and paternity leave* Paid time off (PTO) + 2 personal holidays and 10 regular holidays* Wellness incentives and MORE\* Please visit to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
