Hiring Entry-Level Assemblers / Production Specialists – Redmond, WA

Pay: $23–$25/hr

Shift: 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Thurs) + OT on Fridays

Job Summary:

We are hiring Entry-Level Assemblers and Production Specialists to join a growing manufacturing team in Redmond. This role offers hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and the chance to learn multiple workstations and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Organize and assemble parts, fittings, brackets, and hardware
• Complete assembly tasks within required production timelines
• Read and follow detailed instructions and measurements
• Move and handle materials throughout the production process
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training efforts

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using hand tools or air tools
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.
