We're Hiring: Entry-Level Assemblers / Production Specialists Redmond, WA

Pay: $23–$25/hr

Shift: 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) + Overtime on Fridays

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand, power, and air tools.
• Work across multiple production stations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Organize and assemble components including brackets, fittings, structures, and hardware.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing processes.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and production goals.
• Learn advanced assembly techniques, blueprint reading, and complex manufacturing procedures.

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or air tools preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, warehouse, or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in a physically active environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.
