Job Description
We are looking for a part time senior Bookkeeper to prepare our weekly financial records. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented and an export in financial hygiene who ensures every transaction is justified, every account is reconciled, and the book are audit ready at the month end.
Core Responsibilities
Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and merchant accounts (PayPal, QuickBooks Payment) weekly.
Accurately enter and categorize financial transactions.
Review and clean up existing record to ensure accuracy for tax purposes.
Ensure all weekly data entry is finalized and prepare the basic month end financial reports as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting support, preferably working with small businesses or multiple clients.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise .
Reliability: 4-hour weekly commitment and detailed oriented.
