Recovery Support Specialist

SmithRx in Plano, TX is hiring for a customer support call center role focused on member interactions for pharmacy benefits. The role requires excellent communication, data entry, and empathy, with a 9-week onsite training period at the Plano office. Initial training runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mountain Time with 100% attendance.
