Tier2 SupportHandheld and iPad devices support - mix of Restaurant QSR Support with working knowledge of Mobile & Tablets.Below is the JD:Understanding of Restaurant / QSR topologyIn-depth working knowledge of POS, Back office, and other SW / HW integrated to POS & Back office systems (Kitchen, Credit Cards, Online Orders, e-Commerce, Digital enablement, iPads / Tabs etc.,)Experience in JAMF is necessary (we might have to train the candidate)Having MDM Experience will be an add-onHands on experience on AirWatch tool - should be able to quickly learnStrong Communication Skills and Articulation AbilityExperience of Support, Onsite / Offshore engagement with respect to Incident, Problem, Change & Request Mgmt. SLAs, Metrics, CABKnowledge of different ticketing tools like SNow, Remedy, JIRA, Zendesk etc.
