Admin Support SpecialistStaffmark Total Talent Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX. Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)The Service Planning and Admin Support Specialist is responsible for carrying out many of the organization's administrative functions, including review of service plans, project support, documenting important progress and discussions, and other functions as needed.Responsibilities:Project support including but not limited to documenting and generating reports, creating PPTs, and meeting recaps.Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction.Reporting preparation (supporting role) for senior leadership and the Global HQ office in Korea.Developing and improving B2B service processes in line with B2B customers' expectations.Strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for the team's targets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, International Business, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in administrative support and project management.Bilingual in English and Korean (Reading and Writing proficiency required).Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Demonstrated project and program management skills.Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute projects and/or events.Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple.Staffmark talent working with this client receives competitive compensation and a great benefits package!
