- # Sleep Center Sales Specialist Hiring Event- Mattress Experience is needed!**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Analyze daily sales results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop monthly proficiency plans using company sales reporting tools.Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall store operations and enhance the guest experienEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. At least one (1) yearEquivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred. High volume experience is preferred. **Computer Skills:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. **Supervisory Responsibilities:**This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities At Living Spaces, we take pride in being an environment that cultivates the best in our Team Members.
