Therapy - RRT Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT-NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Level 4 NICU License: Valid state license required (pending licenses accepted) Certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT required; ACCS preferred Must-Have: Must have Level 4 NICU experience. Cardiac PICU experience preferred. Must be comfortable working in high-risk deliveries, acute care pediatrics, and across all units. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential. Description:We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist specializing in NICU care.The therapist will work night shifts, providing respiratory care for neonates and pediatric patients.Experience in neonatal transports and managing complex respiratory conditions is preferred.Must be competent in the use of specialized equipment including high frequency oscillators and jet ventilators.The role involves collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.Every other weekend and holiday work is required.Self-scheduling is available, but specific schedules are not guaranteed.The position involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires adaptability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
