About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the evolution of the talent acquisition function, with a focus on direct sourcing, managing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both stakeholders and candidates. This role is pivotal in championing the recruitment strategy, employer value proposition, and inclusion efforts, as well as building talent pipelines that align with the organization's current and future needs. The Vice President will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle across various roles and levels, leading direct sourcing efforts, and maintaining relationships with external vendors. They must be passionate about talent acquisition, particularly in supporting the inclusion agenda, and have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for financial services or technology roles. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Talent Acquisition role at the company will have a strong background in direct sourcing and be adept at utilizing multi-channel candidate attraction methods. They should have a deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem and be committed to delivering an exemplary service to all talent acquisition stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication skills, a systematic approach to multitasking, and the ability to work with discretion and respect. The candidate should be proactive, solution-driven, and able to demonstrate a consultative business partnership. Strong relationship management skills, both internal and external, are essential, as is the ability to ensure that all talent acquisition processes are compliant with relevant legislation and internal policies.
