Seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of recent experience in general liability matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and experienced in a fast-paced litigation environment.

We are seeking a Defense Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of recent general liability experience to support attorneys with case management, documentation, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while accurately managing billing and time-entry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Summarize records from associations, homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, and related project files.
• Prepare detailed case summaries and chronologies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and counsel.
• Support attorneys with case management and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks.
• Track time and prepare billing in accordance with client guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent defense litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience handling general liability matters.
• Knowledge of client-specific billing and time-entry requirements.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
