Paralegal (Florida Law Experience Required)

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team providing virtual support to Florida attorneys. This is a remote, contract-based position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with multiple law firms across the state. Responsibilities Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries Assisting with probate and estate planning matters Managing deadlines, calendaring, and e-filing through Florida’s court portals Supporting attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and client communications Requirements 3–5 years of experience working in a Florida law firm (litigation experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Family Law Rules Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience working remotely with minimal supervision Bachelor’s degree not required Preferred Experience Family law / high-conflict divorce cases Discovery management Why Join Us? 100% remote position with flexible hours Opportunity to support multiple attorneys and expand your professional network Collaborative, supportive team environment How to Apply If you are a self-starter with Florida paralegal experience looking for remote contract work, we’d love to hear from you.
