Job Title: Field Support Specialist / Office Support Specialist Reports To: Client Services Leadership Job Summary The Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist is the backbone of our service level agreements, managing high‑stakes shipping, executing complex print projects, and serving as the welcoming face at the front desk to ensure business continuity with a professional smile. Responsibilities Front of House Ambassador: Provide a 5‑star concierge experience for guests and clients; manage lobby flow, security protocols, and global call routing with grace and composure. Logistics & Mail Mastery: Own the lifecycle of inbound and outbound shipments; master manual and electronic chain‑of‑custody procedures for high‑priority packages. Production & Reprographics Specialist: Operate high‑end MFDs for print, binding and digital scanning; keep equipment battle‑ready through proactive maintenance and toner management. Workplace Vibe Management: Maintain conference rooms, pantries, and common areas VIP‑ready; manage inventory proactively. Qualifications 2 + years experience in office services, hospitality, or logistics. Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning new proprietary digital systems. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to regional sites. Physically able to stand on feet, lift up to 25 lbs (or 50 lbs with a teammate), and keep the office moving. Proactive, calm under pressure, and self‑motivated to find work during downtime. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Travel: Mandatory reliable transportation; regional travel is core to the role. Flexibility: Ability to handle same‑day assignments and varying schedules.
